Today’s program will cover 10 significant historical events that have taken place just 48 hours after Donald Trump’s electoral victory. These events, which many are now referring to as the "Trump Effect," will be discussed in detail. I want you to pay particular attention to point number three, so keep that number in mind as we go through this.

We are all aware that the elections have passed, but we must stay vigilant about everything that happens, whether it’s good or bad. This is important because, as I’ve always done in the past, I will be transparent with you about what’s occurring, sharing both the positive and negative impacts on our country. Just as I did with Biden, who is still the President until Trump’s inauguration on January 20, I will be equally transparent about Donald Trump. If he does things that benefit the country, I’ll share that with you, and if there are actions that harm the country, I’ll also make sure to inform you. My allegiance is not to the Democratic Party or the Republican Party; I work for the people, and my goal is to bring you accurate, relevant information about the policies and events that impact your lives.

As I mentioned earlier, just 48 hours after Trump’s electoral victory, 10 major historical events have occurred, and they are already being dubbed the “Trump Effect.” I will present these to you today, and I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments section below. But before we dive in, I want to remind you to like this video, as it helps with the YouTube algorithm, and to subscribe to our channel if you haven’t already.

Now, let’s begin with number 10 on the list.

Number 10: Donald Trump Appoints the First Woman as Chief of Staff

In a groundbreaking move, Donald Trump has appointed his campaign co-chair, Susie Wes, as his Chief of Staff, making her the first woman to hold this powerful position in the Trump administration. This is a notable development, especially considering the narrative that had circulated before the election, claiming that Trump avoided strong women because he found them intimidating. Many believed that he never surrounded himself with strong, intelligent women. But now, after winning the presidency with significant support from powerful women, Trump is proving these accusations wrong.

His first major action as President-elect was to appoint Wes, a seasoned political operative who had a crucial role in his previous campaigns. Trump expressed his admiration for her, calling her a "strong, innovative person who is universally respected," and he emphasized that she will work tirelessly to make America great again. Importantly, Trump’s decision to appoint Wes is not based on gender; rather, it is about her qualifications and proven track record. She was the best candidate for the job, and Trump trusts her expertise to help steer his administration forward.

In contrast, President Joe Biden, during his 2020 campaign, promised to appoint women to key positions, including selecting a woman as Vice President. He also pledged to nominate a Black woman for the Supreme Court. While these promises were important in their own right, they raise an interesting question: Is it better to choose the best person for the job, regardless of gender, or to appoint someone based on their gender as part of a political promise? Trump’s choice reflects his focus on competency above all else, even if the result is a woman in the top position.

Number 9: The Taliban Requests to Be Removed from the Terrorist List

Following Trump’s victory, the Taliban has expressed a desire to open a new chapter in its relationship with the United States. The interim Taliban government in Afghanistan issued a statement following the election results, hoping that the Trump administration would adopt a pragmatic approach to improving relations between the two nations. The Taliban also referenced the peace agreement signed between the United States and the group in 2020, which ended the 20-year occupation of Afghanistan.

Many analysts believe that Trump may use his victory to attempt to work with the Taliban, potentially as part of his broader strategy to reduce U.S. military involvement overseas. The situation remains fluid, and the world is watching to see how the U.S. and the Taliban interact under a Trump administration.

Number 8: Putin Announces That the West Is No Longer Viewed as an Enemy

In another major development, Russian President Vladimir Putin, who controls the largest stockpile of nuclear weapons in the world, has stated that Russia no longer sees the West, particularly the United States, as its enemy. This marks a significant shift in rhetoric, especially after Putin had earlier labeled the West as Russia’s primary adversary. Following Trump’s victory, Putin referred to the former U.S. President as "a man of courage" and praised his leadership.

Putin’s remarks were met with some surprise, as they represent a potential thawing of relations between the two nations. Trump, for his part, has repeatedly stated that he wants to end the war in Ukraine, emphasizing the need to stop the bloodshed on both sides. He has expressed a desire to end the conflict without taking sides, which would be a departure from the current U.S. administration’s stance. The question many are asking now is whether Trump’s approach to diplomacy will lead to a lasting peace between Russia and Ukraine.

The importance of ending the war cannot be overstated. The war has already claimed thousands of lives, and the ongoing conflict threatens to escalate further. The fact that Putin has shown signs of wanting to ease tensions with the West is a glimmer of hope for those who are advocating for peace and stability in the region.

Number 7: Mexico Takes Steps to Prevent Migrant Caravans from Reaching the U.S. Border

In the wake of Trump’s victory, the Mexican government has vowed to maintain its policies aimed at curbing the flow of migrants to the U.S. border. The Mexican Secretary of Foreign Affairs stated that Mexico would continue to enforce strict immigration policies, including efforts to prevent large caravans of migrants from reaching the northern border. Trump has previously threatened to impose a 25% tariff on all Mexican exports unless the country takes stronger measures to prevent the flow of migrants and drugs across the border.

These remarks have added pressure on Mexico, as the country heavily relies on the U.S. market, which accounts for about 80% of its exports. Mexico’s response to Trump’s threat could have significant economic consequences, and the situation remains tense as both nations negotiate their immigration and trade policies.

Number 6: New York to End Prepaid Debit Cards for Immigrants

Another consequence of Trump’s victory is that New York City will soon stop issuing prepaid debit cards to immigrants for purchasing food. This program, which allocated funds to migrant families living in city hotels, allowed them to buy food of their choice instead of relying on state-provided meals. However, with Trump’s victory, the city has decided not to renew the emergency contract for this program, which had been in place for one year.

The program had helped over 2,600 migrant families access culturally appropriate food, but with the changing political climate, New York City is reevaluating its approach to supporting immigrant populations. This decision is likely to have a significant impact on the migrant community, particularly those who rely on these funds for their daily needs.

Number 5: China Seeks Peaceful Coexistence with the U.S.

In a surprising move, Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated Donald Trump on his electoral victory and expressed a desire for peaceful coexistence between China and the United States. The relationship between the two superpowers had deteriorated significantly in recent years, particularly with the ongoing trade war and differing stances on international conflicts such as the war in Ukraine. However, following Trump’s victory, Xi urged both nations to find ways to work together and foster stable and sustainable relations.

This shift in tone is seen as a positive development, as stable U.S.-China relations are critical for global economic and political stability. Both countries have a significant influence on global markets, and any tension between them can have ripple effects around the world.

Number 4: EU Leaders Announce Plans to Prioritize U.S. Gas Over Russian Imports

Following Trump’s victory, the European Union has indicated that it may shift its focus to U.S. natural gas imports, reducing reliance on Russian gas. The President of the European Commission stated that the EU would explore alternatives to Russian energy supplies, particularly as geopolitical tensions rise. This announcement comes at a time when the EU is looking for ways to reduce its dependence on Russian energy sources, which have been a key issue during the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

The shift to U.S. gas could have significant implications for global energy markets, as it would alter the dynamics of energy supply and demand in Europe. The EU’s decision to prioritize U.S. energy imports is another sign of the changing geopolitical landscape under Trump’s leadership.

Number 3: Hamas Calls for the Immediate End of the War

In a significant turn of events, Hamas has called for an immediate end to the war with Israel following Trump’s electoral victory. A senior Hamas official issued a statement urging for an immediate ceasefire and for a plan to create a Palestinian state. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, who had hoped for Trump’s victory, is expected to take steps to end the conflict in Gaza and Lebanon as a gesture towards the incoming U.S. administration.

The potential for peace in the Middle East is a topic that has long been discussed but rarely achieved. The fact that both Hamas and Netanyahu are expressing a willingness to end the war is a hopeful sign for the region.

Number 2: Bitcoin Reaches an All-Time High

In a historic moment for cryptocurrency, the price of Bitcoin reached a new all-time high following Trump’s victory. Investors, buoyed by the prospect of a Trump presidency, are betting

on the future of cryptocurrencies as an alternative to traditional banking systems.

The rise of Bitcoin reflects a growing trend towards decentralized finance, as people look for ways to hedge against inflation and the instability of global markets. As Bitcoin continues to rise, it is poised to play an increasingly important role in the global economy.

Number 1: Trump’s Campaign Reignites Nationalist Movements

The most significant historical event that occurred after Donald Trump’s electoral victory is the resurgence of nationalist movements around the world. Trump’s victory is seen as a validation of nationalist politics, with far-right groups in Europe, Asia, and the Americas taking inspiration from his success. These movements have been gaining traction in countries like Brazil, Hungary, and Italy, and it remains to be seen how Trump’s influence will shape global politics in the years to come.

In conclusion, these 10 events represent the sweeping changes that have occurred in just 48 hours after Donald Trump’s electoral victory. The “Trump Effect” is real, and we are seeing its consequences unfold across the globe. What do you think about these events?
