okay so just simply open up any browser like Chrome browser Now login to Instagram just simply type Instagram and search now my profile is login so you have to just tap on your profile icon at the left side of this screen okay now tap on edit profile you can see here option change photo so tap on it if you want to remove Photo so just tap on remove current photo or if you want to change them so just tap on upload photo then you can select from your album.
